Founder's Story:

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Rodney D. Daniely is the oldest of three siblings and was raised by his parents, Quisha and Rod Daniely, who instilled in him the values of leadership, discipline, and service—principles that continue to shape his personal and professional life.

Rodney holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Jackson State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Global Engineering Leadership at The Ohio State University, with expected completion in Spring 2026.

Professionally, Rodney has led multidisciplinary teams within the U.S. Department of Defense, focusing on strategic planning, systems integration, and process improvement. His unique blend of engineering precision and business strategy laid the foundation for Conquest Consulting, LLC—a boutique firm that helps small and mid-sized organizations streamline operations, align cross-functional teams, and scale with clarity and confidence.

Rodney has spearheaded technical strategy and systems engineering initiatives supporting missile defense, tactical systems, and foreign military assessments. His expertise spans the full system lifecycle—including integration, modeling and simulation, IV&V, risk management, and engineering analysis. He has supported national security objectives through technical analysis of foreign missile and sensor systems, working closely with cross-agency and international teams.

In prior roles, Rodney contributed to the modernization of Army tactical networks and missile systems, developing simulation models, test scripts, and system requirements. He has served as a quality assurance lead, providing both on-site and remote support to ensure delivery of high-impact engineering solutions.

In addition to his technical background, Rodney has hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and product management practices. He has successfully led consulting engagements focused on digital transformation, strategic road mapping, and operational alignment. Through Conquest Consulting, he empowers organizations using the same outcome-driven methodologies found in leading enterprises—tailored for growth-stage teams and mission-driven organizations.
